The training manual is a comprehensive guide designed to help you navigate your yoga teacher training. This student manual will guide your personal journey as well as deepen your understanding of yoga history, philosophy and sharpen your skills as a yoga teacher.  The student manual also includes pictures of the yoga poses with detailed information about each pose so you can guide your students in a safe practice.
Manual is copyrighted.  Only for personal use.
